Warranty period for products manufactured by Teplopribor Group of Companies is 18 months from the date of placing into operation. This period is extended for the time of submission and consideration of complaints, as well as for the time of warranty repairs performed by the manufacturer during the warranty period. Upon expiry of the warranty period, the Teplopribor Technical Support Team is ready to offer you services involving post-warranty repairs.
Procedure for Accepting Items for Warranty and Post-Warranty Repairs
1. Items are accepted for warranty and post-warranty repairs during their entire service life. Items must not be older than 10 years.
2. A damage claim is drawn up when sending an item for warranty repairs. The claim must contain a list of this item’s defects.
3. Items sent for warranty repairs must be obligatorily accompanied by passports and nameplates (no passport copies are allowed). Items sent for post-warranty repairs may be without passport, but the invoice for such item repair will include the cost of duplicate passport.
Items with proper appearance (clean, without deformation or corrosion marks) will be accepted for warranty and post-warranty repairs).
